Introducing “Dear Body” – a visually stunning and emotionally powerful graphic novel that invites you to reconnect with your body and learn to love yourself from the inside out.

Created and illustrated 12 women and non binary under guidance from writer and director Lea Bordier, “Dear Body” is a moving exploration of the relationship we have with our bodies. In a world that constantly bombards us with messages about how we should look and what we should do to achieve the “perfect” body, this graphic novel provides a refreshing and much-needed perspective.

Notes on This Title

This title is an anthology of short comics depicting different women and nonbinary folks and their relationships with their bodies. There are depictions of various bodily issues including disordered eating, miscarriage, and violence, as well as depictions of racism and fatphobia.
